Pricing
Full property management 20% plus GST of the booking payout figure. Cleaning is charged to guests as an additional cost to the nightly booking amount.
We are an accredited fully licensed Real Estate company and operate all funds through a agents trust account insuring your income and investments are in safe hands.

Airbnb Real Estate Cleaning ,Linen and Amenities service
As part of Airbnb Real Estate cleaning services we also include all linen hire and guest amenities in our pricing. All of the linen used by Airbnb Real Estate Cleaning Management is high quality, hotel grade, to ensure your guests are receiving complete comfort during their stay. Crisp bedding sheets, bath and Pool towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mats and tea towels are all included in our linen service. Doonas are wrapped between crisp hotel grade sheets to offer a luxurious experience.
As part of our service we will provide your guests and restock your home with the essential guest amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We will replenish shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper in the bathroom. We also provide laundry powder for the laundry, dishwashing powder, dish-washing liquid ,clean sponges, wipes, tea towels, coffee ,tea ,sugar and bin liners for the kitchen and laundry.
Owners blankets, doonas,, throws, cushion covers &mattress protecters are also washed by us.

What upfront costs does Airbnb Real Estate charge or any additional fees ?
None. All management fees & linen hire are taken out of the profit received from guests once the first booking comes in. Extra costs which you may pay is photography , property styling , Initial property set up support, pre clean & bed set up
How am i charged for all services ?
We take all monies from rental income received.
Who pays for property up keep and maintenance repairs?
The owner pays for property up keep and maintenance. If items are damaged by guests we will make a claim against them or deduct it from their bond deposit.
Are there any additional costs that i need to pay?
The only extra costs is the Photography , property amenities and furnishing which you may need to purchase.
